Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping applies to orders of $29.00 or more shipped within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Time
All delivery times are estimates in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays) and begin after the order processing period.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on US public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, or peak periods. Jamota is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via the following trusted carriers depending on your destination and selected shipping method:
- USPS — Standard domestic US delivery
- UPS — Expedited US and select international routes
- DHL eCommerce — Primary international carrier for EU, UK, and global destinations
- PostNL — Netherlands and wider EU delivery
- Royal Mail — United Kingdom delivery
Your carrier name and tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your delivery. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)
Jamota is a US-based retailer. Orders shipped to international destinations, including EU and UK countries, are exported from the USA and may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or other fees assessed by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Jamota declares the accurate purchase value on all customs documentation.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@jamota.com within 48 hours of expected delivery with your order number and photos where applicable. If you received the wrong item, contact us and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
